Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY:

The data clerk will have the primary responsibility in entering and analyzing the daily data at community development center which includes recording beneficiaries and different required data.

The tasks include and not limited to:

1- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry, and ensure the data entry of the lists of beneficiaries.

2- Ensure the recording of all distributions on proper excel tables.

3- Design and enter the monitoring data in a proper questionnaires template.

4- Work closely with CDC team to ensure that the data is entered accurately and timely – meet the daily and weekly allocated targets.

5- Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the exist database system.

6- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to International Medical Corps regulations.

7- Participating in community outreach activities such as home visits, program distributions, and any other duty assigned by supervisor after discussion and mutual consent

QUALIFICATIONS**

  1. Universitydegree,relatedtosocialsciences.

  2. Experience in social and legal protection programs preferred

  3. Excellent proficiency on MS Excel and other database softwares

  4. Openness to working with Syrians refugees, asylum seekers and POCs nationalities in Libya.

  5. Able to provide feedback/reports regarding work -related activities

  6. Able to speak in English with knowledge in written and verbal Arabic

  7. Full time commitment (8 hours availability) 5 days a week
