We are Libyan private company working in local Logistics Looking for extend our operation by hiring experts in Logistics,
Main Activities and Duties:
o Organizes and proactively manages office operations and procedures.
o Defines and implements procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Developing office procedures and policies
o Dictating, typing and word processing and control correspondences
o Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
o responding to customer enquirers and complaints;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
o Well developed time management, organizational and planning skills including the ability to set priorities and meet objectives
o Ability to work independently, under limited direction
o Personal qualities including a positive outlook, patience, honesty, maturity, flexibility and a high standard of personal conduct.
o Good supervision, problem solving, conflict resolution and team building skills
o Strong desire to succeed in this position and a commitment to assisting the organization achieve its goals
o knowledge of office, administration, knowledge of human resource, management and supervision, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
o computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
o Excellent Verbal, Listening, and Written Communications skills
Working hours :
Sa to We ( 8:30AM - 4:30PM ) , Th (8:30AM -2:30PM ) GMT+2.
Overtime + Tickets 2 way yearly + 1 month vacation yearly except the first year 20 days + accommodation + transportation + food .
