Adminstration & Warehouse Logistics Manager
1- Supervises all Warehouse and Logistics activities relevant for OMV of Libya Branch Office
2- Assure personal and department compliance with all laws and regulations within area of responsibility (Legal Compliance)
3- Applies and executes best practices in Admin, Warehouse, and Logistic and continuously improve processes and products in your area of influence
4- Liaison with governmental authorities in order to acquire various approvals, licenses, Visas and permits
5- Supervise the day to day administrative activities, documentation and fulfilment of duties of the branch office, including but not limited to contractor and internal departments management
6- Establish and maintain all administration documents and records, contracts, assets / inventories, department records, company legal documents end ensure accuracy and confidentiality, as well all are up to date
7- Completion of all paperwork for branch office purchases with coordination of Procurement, Logistics and Legal
8- Monitor and up keep the facility related maintenance and housekeeping functions at all the locations of the company, i.e., monitor office buys, enforcement office local services contractors, and office cleaning. Photocopier, printer servicing, communication in support of IT
9- Assist in staff mobilization and demobilization as advised.
10-Selection, furnishing, maintenance of required office space, staff houses, guesthouses, warehouses
11- Control and organize work flow for Drivers and manage all local transportation
12- Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contracts related to accommodation, travel and drivers/car pool, real Estate Agencies and Hotels for accommodation arrangement for employees as well as subcontractors as advised
13- Supervise and ensure the hotel booking requirements are undertaken in time and manage the requirements of official visitors in the company for official business purpose
14- Supervise and ensue the drivers, fleet operations / or transportation of employees as well as the expat related company cars / allowances
15- Supervises all administrative activities in Libya by ensuring high quality service is exhibited trough team effort in time and quality
1- Libyan nationality
2- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the E&P business
3- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
4- Strong knowledge in business analysis, in particular for oil and gas industry
5- Fully aware of HSSE Management system
6- Self-motivated, Accurate, Confidential and discreet
7- Fluency in English and Arabic
